About Us? Well…
We’re from Florida. In 2002 we lost a family member, so we took some time away from our busy lives in the city and rented a little log cabin in Candler, near the Pisgah Forest. We found that the Smoky Mountains offers a wonderful healing experience. We loved everything about the area; the terrific hiking trails, the beautiful waterfalls, the smell of the mountains. We spent our entire vacation outside “playing” with the dogs! Soon after we bought our first log cabin. But, knowing that we (really) couldn’t afford two homes, we decided to share our log cabin with others who wanted to experience Asheville and the beautiful Smoky Mountains. In time, I sold my business. Now, I’m helping travelers from across the country create a mountain vacation that their family will remember for years to come.
